Higher Education Commission, Government of Pakistan inviting applications from Pakistani Nationals for different posts of Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Sports Officer, Superintendent and Assistants. Applicants are required to apply online through HEC website and send the hard copy of the same application along with the photograph and attested photocopies of the required documents. Those who are already in Government Service and apply through proper channel.

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is and independent, autonomous and constitutionally established institution of Primary funding, overseeing, regulating and accrediting the higher education efforts in Pakistan.

Details of Vacant Positions:

1. Deputy Director (BPS-18)

2. Assistant Director (BPS-17)

3. Sports Officer (BPS-17)

4. Superintendent (BPS-16)

5. Assistant (BPS-15)

Guidelines to Candidates:  

Applicants are required to apply online through HEC website http://hjp.hec.gov.pk and send hard copy of the same application along with the photograph and attested photocopies of required documents (viz. educational and experience certificates, domicile etc.).

 Last date for submission of application is 01.11.2016.

• The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered / counted as experience. Selectee can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

• Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. 05 years general age relaxation will be applicable to all above mentioned positions. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules. Incomplete / late applications will not be entertained. Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview.

• Written test will be conducted. Knowledge of MS Office, good verbal and written communication skills in English is also required.

• Application processing fee @ Rs. 500/- may be deposited in the online A/C No. 17427900133401 of HEC maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. Postal Order will also be acceptable as application processing fee in favour of Director (Accounts), HEC.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview. HEC reserves the right to increase or decrease number of positions and to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. 

• Apply separately for each post. Name of the post along with quota should be clearly mentioned on the application / envelope.
