NRSP Microfinance Bank inviting applications from young graduates in accordance with Bank's corporate strategy and Human Resources requirements for Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) for placement in various functions of the Bank. Young gradates of maximum age of 28 years having Bachelors or Higher Degree in any discipline in First Division or equivalent from reputable University/Institute recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan are encouraged to apply through NTS (National Testing Service)
Successful candidates shall attend a formal and structured training program consisting of combination of class room and on-the-job training, before they are placed for their respective roles.
