Facilitate and implement program activities against set targets, objectives and indicators.
Facilitate in conducting mapping of stakeholders in respective districts
Liaise with Lady Health Supervisors/LHWS at health facility and field level for mutual sharing of field related gaps and reform with joint efforts
Conducting session and raising awareness among the community regarding health issues in the catchment area.
Provide support and orientation for QIT members on setting up and managing Community Mobilization component
Ensure the use of supportive supervision check in field based activities
Develop liaison with National Program/ community midwives/EPI and other stakeholders at community level
Arrange meetings/workshops/seminars /Broad base community meeting for the community forums
Facilitate in developing trainings and integrated action plan for smooth implementation of project activities.
Support in training of ToT of LHWs Master trainers to provide trickle down training of lady health workers at facility level
Monthly share LHWs performance report with respective focal person.
Coordinate with MEAL team for accountability component to feed beneficiary responses in community mobilization intervention through LHWS /QIT members
Assists with the documentation, production and dissemination of reports as and when required
Ensure all documents related to project activities are in use at field level, timely updated and that deadlines for submissions are met .Undertake any other task assigned by supervisor

To hold individual and group counseling sessions on Reproductive health and FP and PAC
To provide FP and PAC services in a health facility level
To conduct FP and PAC procedures as per standard protocols
To work in close coordination with government staff
To support WMO in monthly meetings with government staff
To highlight program gaps on time (clients, technical, supplies and community)
To maintain accurate records for supplies and medicines (in absence of dispenser)
To raise demands when stocks reaches minimum stock level
Be available for supportive supervision of all procedures as per targets

Conduct Simple Rapid Assessment (SRA) of all mothers with children less than 24 months
Conduct detailed assessment of child feeding practices in women that require additional support or reveal difficulties.
Maintain clear communication with all other CMAM programme staff regarding the status of beneficiaries, including Nutrition Assistant, Feeding assistant and Stabilization staff.
Provide the Pregnant women with preparatory counseling for breast feeding and colostrums feeding, to ensure prevention of pre-lacteal feeds and bottle feeding.
Counseling the mothers on good maternal nutrition during pregnancy and lactation.
