Manager Human Resources
Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree, preferably in management or administrative sciences, from a reputable local or foreign institute with over 15 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in senior management position in Human Resources function. Candidates possessing work experience in an E&P company will be preferred.
Job Profile/ Specifications
- Able to manage matters relating to staff development systems, including potential assessment and career planning, job analysis / job evaluation, career and succession planning
- Capable of handling functions relating to staff benefits, transfers/ postings, retirements, confirmation and resignation, etc.
- Able to manage Performance Management System, including quarterly appraisals for probationers, setting of annual KPO’s, mid-year review and annual appraisals as per given deadlines
- Capable of overseeing matters related to employee relations, including administration of staff entitlements and handling queries
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationship with staff, ensure company’s rules and regulations are well implemented and proper conduct and discipline is maintained
- Possess effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with good interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities and ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Chief/ Deputy Chief Engineer (Production), Sui Gas Field
Qualification & Experience4-year bachelors in Petroleum Engineering from a reputable local or foreign institute with minimum 15 years of relevant experience for Chief Engineer and 12 years for Deputy Chief Engineer with an E&P company. Candidates possessing a master’s degree in the above discipline from a reputed foreign university will be preferred.
Job Profile/ Specifications
- Possess hands-on-experience on well and production operations, including well completions, testing, work overs, stimulation, rig-less well intervention, gas pipelines and dehydration plant, etc.
- Has experience of leading team of engineers and/or technicians
- Be computer literate with working knowledge of various technical software
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Administrative Assistant
Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Job Profile/ Specifications
- Able to organize office filling system, ensuring accurate maintenance and easy accessibility of records
- Capable of providing secretarial support to management wherein confidentiality is to be maintained
- Be proficient in using computer, particularly MS Office
- Women will be given preference.
Staff Nurse, Sui Field Hospital
Qualification & ExperienceDiploma in General Nursing/ Midwifery. Candidate must be registered with Pakistan Nursing Council and possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Job Profile/ Specifications
- Possess experience in nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, care planning, intervention and evaluation
- Has experience of providing professional nursing care to company employee and families
- Working experience in paediatric unit with frequent handling of new born and managing their nursing needs will be preferred.
