The NIB Branch Operations Trainee Officer Program entails extensive training in the Branch Banking and is certificate program to develop skills in modern Banking. Post certification candidates will be placed in the Branches with frequent development opportunities and will experience on-the-job training rotations in the different areas of operations before their final placement.

Education : B.Com/B.Sc/BBA
Age : 26 years (maximum)
Experience : Non mandatory
