Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) an autonomous body has now started "Science Talent Farming Scheme" for students who eager to learn science and want to build the career in the field of Science will be selected for further studies and training.
Pakistan Science foundation (PSF) Ministry of Science and Technology Government of Pakistan is apex body for the funding and promotion of Scientific and Technological research also for the popularization of science in the country.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Students who have passed their Matriculation Examination in Science Group in year 2016.
Students must have obtained average 60% Marks in all Subjects.
Students must have obtained aggregating 70% Marks in Science subjects.
Students awaiting result of Matriculation.
80% quota is reserved for the students who studying in Government School and have passed their matriculation Examination from Government Schools.
20% quota is reserved for the students who are studying in Private Schools having monthly fees up to PKR Rs. 1000/-.
Selection Criteria :-
Applications will be scrutinize according to the eligibility.
Preliminary selected candidates will appear in written test of English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths conducted throughout the country.
In next phase all candidates who obtained highest marks in written test will invited to participate in Computer Based IQ Test.
In the third phase only those candidates will invited whom secured highest numbers in both tests.
Final selection will be made upon the performances in all 3 phases.
Final Selection will made as per Federal Government's Provincial/Regional quota and STFS Project Policies.
Scholarship/Facilities for the selected candidates: -
Admission in Prominent Colleges of Islamabad, Rawalpinidi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Karachi and Quetta.
Important Note/Instructions:-
Students who studying in Private School must have attached the certificate from the Principal/Head Master of the School showing details of School fees.
Candidates waiting for their result must have submit their results before 10th August 2016.
