1. Application forms for the posts BPS 01 to 05 & BPS 06 to 14 and Test Fee Challan form are available on website of Pakistan Testing Service (www.pts.org.pk).
2. Please download the application form and Fee Deposit Slip from PTS website www.pts.org.pk and deposit the test fee on designated branches of United Bank Limited, Habib Bank Limiteed, and Allied Bank Limited throughout the country.
3. Please send the Applications forms dully filled along with paid Challan (in Original) to Pakistan Testing Service Head Quarters, H No. 152 Street No. 8, Sector E-11/ 1, MPCS, Islamabad.
4. Fess deposited in Non-Refundable Non Transferable.
5. Please write the Job Title on Top right side of Envelope.
6. No TA/DA shall be paid.
